Susan is serving as (I) the Co-Chair of the Commercial and Regulatory Law Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute and (ii) a member of the Board of Trustees of the Kansas Bar Foundation.

Dave and Susan Berson each have over 29 years of legal experience. Dave and Susan are licensed attorneys in the District of Columbia, Kansas and Missouri. Dave is also a licensed attorney in New York. Dave is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law. Susan is a graduate of University of Nebraska College of Law, and also received an LLM in Tax from Georgetown University Law Center.
Since starting this law firm in 2007, Dave and Susan have strived to provide sophisticated and protective legal advice to their business, taxpayer and financial institution clients. Prior to starting this law firm, Dave and Susan were partners at large law firms in Kansas City. Dave and Susan also previously worked as attorneys in the District of Columbia, where Susan was a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Our law firm’s office is located in Overland Park, Kansas, which is approximately 17 miles south of downtown Kansas City. We use our office location for the receipt of mail and pre-scheduled meetings with clients, attorneys and other professionals. Meetings at our office location are by appointment only.
